 We are pleased to announce the return of the Mighty                             IRON MAIDEN

  The Iron Maiden last appeared at Cromford in 1996

Fowler Locomotive no 15657 was built in 1920 by Fowler & Co of Leeds.

The engine stared in the 1962 film  The Iron Maiden  in which it was called "The Iron Maiden", Her real name at the time was Kitchener where upon she was renamed to" The Iron Maiden". The engine now lives in a new museum built for the collection at the "Flowers to May" holiday park nr Scarborough. The new museum is known as the "Scarborough Fair Collection"

The Red Devils Parachute Display Team


The world famous British Army parachute display team will be with us on Saturday and Sunday

This iconic-WW2 Aircraft is a replica spitfire

    Returning after a seven year absence is the fantastic         J.C. BALLS DIGGER DANCE

They are an exciting team driven entertainment show exhibiting the flexibility and talent of JCB drivers. The Digger Dance team follow a precisely choreographed routine to music, containing several daring manoeuvres and even balancing the machines on their sides. The team consists of 6 members who  have been together since 2004 and have worked exceptionally hard to get their spectacular routine right

Championship Section from Jan 2017

There will be three performances throughout Saturday and Sunday, each being 40 minutes long. The times are 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:30pm these will take place in the beer tent. on sunday the band will be performing at the church service at 9:30am which will be held in the main arena.

Brian and Cherie are a vocal duo who have performed all over the U.K. and are highly regarded in the vintage scene. Their fun performances, great sense of humour and love for all things 1940s shines through along with a great rapport with the audience.

You can expect to hear all the classic songs from the wartime era and also from the 1930'sguaranteed to take you on a wonderful nostalgic trip.

The Ragged Victorians Living History

The great unwashed return this year bringing the past into the presant. The living history group re-enact the lower classes of Victorian England. There authentic dress and display shows what life was really like for the less fortunate living in victorian times.
